Well, the question is in the topic, what is your favorite retro puzzle game? I'd have to of course give it up to Tetris, with Collumns coming in a close second.

Tetris is classic, but I'm going to have to easily give it to
Super Puzzle Fighter. It's the most detailed, strategy based puzzle ever made; it's inherently versus to boot! It looks good because it's an Arcade game. 1996 is retro enough right? :D

drop beans to form 4 beans, the more you get rid of drops some on other player. simple, but addictive.

I keep getting re-hooked on it every Sega bundle. It was on the Sonic master collection from a while back, and also on the Sega Ultimate Collection recently released. Everything else on that I played for about 10 minutes at most, maybe more on Streets of Rage, but those mean beans caught me again.

Tetris Attack on SNES! It was later "updated" as Pokemon Puzzle League for the N64, but those Pocket Monster noises are just annoying... I was the master at the original, however.
